A coaching skills workshop for faculty of all ranks

This session will introduce techniques for listening and asking questions with a coaching mindset.  You will learn what kind of listener and questioner you are currently, new models of listening and questioning, and practice these techniques. 

The session will be held in-person and led by Dr. John Schneider, MD, MA, Assistant Dean for Faculty Coaching, Office of Faculty Promotions & Career Development.
