The course teaches key skills for:

  • Resolving performance problems
  • Strengthening trust and reliability
  • Eliminating inconsistency in communication

Wednesdays, September 3 & 10, 2025 | 8:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. CT

All workshop sessions are in-person.

Participants must commit to attending BOTH sessions.
