For the last 20 years, Meg Krejci has been guiding individuals of all ages & organizations in stress reduction strategies through her programs at Masterpeace Studios, a nonprofit organization in St. Louis. The Move into Mindfulness program offered for Washington University employees is modeled on this evidenced-based curriculum. Meg is passionate about sharing the benefits of practicing mindfulness to help reduce stress and anxiety, improve health and mental well-being, and achieve greater adaptability and appreciation in life.
