Strategies for Writing a Successful Specific Aims Page

(**NEW** Guidebook and Template Provided)

(Communications Series) 4:00-5:00 pm, EPNEC Room 303

The specific aims page of a grant proposal is thought to be the most important page of a grant proposal. Grant reviewers often refer to this page as the executive summary or “marketing” page that provides them with an at-a-glance description of the relevance and feasibility of the research project. This session will present practical steps on writing and formatting this page for optimum impact. A guidebook and template developed by senior Washington University investigators and used for funded grants will be provided at this session.
