This interactive workshop provides faculty with evidence-informed strategies and practical tools for mentoring senior faculty and leaders.

Participants will explore mentoring approaches for established faculty focused on leadership development, legacy building, succession planning, and career reinvention.

In-person: Wednesday, May 13, 2026 | 11:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.

Virtual: Thursday, May 14, 2026 | 8:30 – 10:30 a.m.


Faculty Mentorship Certificate Program

This workshop is one of four sessions offered in the comprehensive Faculty Mentorship Certificate Program. Participants who complete all four workshops will earn the Faculty Mentorship Certificate.
