Kim Quayle, M.D.
Professor of Pediatrics
Dr. Quayle has been a faculty member at WUSM for 21 years while raising her 2 children. Both she and her spouse have worked full-time, but she was able to coordinate her schedule with her spouse to make sure someone was always available for child care, choosing to work more clinical shifts at night so as to be available during afternoon/evening hours. Her children also attended the WUSM daycare to allow for more flexibility.
