Interfolio Update

WUSM anticipates that all FY25 annual reviews will be conducted through Interfolio. To accomplish this, WUSM Faculty should prioritize entering work completed in the last year into the Interfolio Faculty Activity Reporting (FAR) Module.

In January 2024, WUSM began using Interfolio, a software system for compiling and storing faculty information. We have reached a significant milestone in our effort to streamline and enhance the efficiency of the annual review and promotion process. Interfolio’s Faculty Activity Reporting (FAR) module will replace WUPS for generating faculty CVs at WashU. For their annual review, faculty will enter data that will be used to generate a WashU-formatted CV. WUSM Faculty and Administrators can access live recorded training sessions at it.wustl.edu/items/interfolio.

INTERFOLIO CV SECTION HEADERS

The following CV Section Headers are available for use in Interfolio when building the WUSM-approved CV.

The CV built in Interfolio replaces the previous WUSM CV format. The new Interfolio format includes additional headers to accommodate the revised APGAR requirements.

These headers will automatically generate as field names when entering information into Interfolio.
