The course teaches nine key skills for:
- Resolving performance problems
- Strengthening trust and reliability
- Eliminating inconsistency in communication
Wednesdays, February 14, 21, & 28, 2024 | 8:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. CST
The February 14 & 28 sessions will be in-person in Room 1404, 1st Floor, Mid Campus Center. The February 21 session will be on Zoom.
Participants must commit to attending ALL three sessions.
