A Workshop for Faculty of All Ranks

Learn to hold anyone accountable, regardless of their power, position, or authority in this highly interactive workshop series.

The course teaches nine key skills for:

  • Resolving performance problems
  • Strengthening trust and reliability
  • Eliminating inconsistency in communication

Wednesdays, February 14, 21, & 28, 2024 | 8:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. CST

The February 14 & 28 sessions will be in-person in Room 1404, 1st Floor, Mid Campus Center. The February 21 session will be on Zoom.

Participants must commit to attending ALL three sessions.
