Managing Conflict and Difficult Conversations:
Leadership Strategies for Effective Conflict Resolution

Conflict is an inevitable aspect of leadership, particularly in the dynamic environment health professions education. This interactive workshop equips faculty leaders with the skills and strategies needed to navigate and resolve conflicts constructively.

Participants will explore the nature and sources of conflict, understand their own conflict management styles, and learn practical approaches to foster productive dialogue and maintain positive relationships. Through role-playing, case studies, and collaborative discussions, attendees will build confidence in handling challenging situations while promoting a culture of open communication and mutual respect.

By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to:
