Virtual training sessions for faculty leaders and managerial staff sponsored by the Office of Faculty Promotions & Career Development.

Through this hour-long virtual training, learn how you can support expecting faculty parents, non-birthing partners, and guardians as they prepare to welcome new members to their families and continue on their career journeys in academic medicine.

Led by guest speakers Yara Mikhaeil-Demo, MD, FACNS, PPC, Assistant Professor of Neurology at Northwestern University’s Feinberg School of Medicine and Josie Physician Coach, and Michelle Yu, Josie Co-founder & CEO.
