This program is open to all faculty who are expecting a new child (via birth, adoption or foster placement). Birth parents, non-birth parents, and guardians are invited to participate.

About the Program:

This program is open to all expecting faculty parents, non-birthing faculty partners, or faculty guardians anticipating the transition to parental leave in the near future.

Space is limited to 20 participants.

As a participant, you receive:

  • Personalized coaching from Josie’s seasoned team of career coaches.
  • Practical strategies to balance life with your new baby and your professional goals.
  • Proactive planning to manage this major life transition and prevent burnout.
  • Professional development to set you up for success in both your personal and professional life.
  • One (1) coaching session ~8-12 weeks before your leave.
  • Two (2) coaching sessions upon your return to work following your leave.

*As part of your participation, we will be requesting your feedback to evaluate expansion of Josie’s services and as part of the Office of Faculty Promotions & Career Development’s efforts to support you in your faculty role.
