Victor Davila-Roman, M.D.

Dr. Davila-Roman has been a faculty member at WUSM for 23 years while raising 3 children. As a dual-career couple, he and his wife focused on maintaining constant communication with each other and their children. They relied on extended family and external childcare to assist with conflicts as they arose. He has experience mentoring junior faculty, medical students, and residents on developing a successful academic career, including how to manage work-family conflicts in a positive way.
